At a height of 200 metres (656 feet), Britam Tower is not only the tallest building in Kenya but also in East Africa. It covers an area of 339,000 square feet and has 32 usable floors.

Britam Tower serves as a commercial mixed-use development building.

Point to Note: Britam Tower is the 5th tallest building in Africa. Its prismatic concept was inspired by the iconic Mount Kenya.

Parliament Tower was developed by the Parliamentary Service Commission. The KES 5.8 billion skyscraper rises to a height of 125 metres, has 26 storeys and sits on a one acre piece of land.

Parliament Tower was constructed by a Chinese Company known as “Jiangxi Construction Company” and can be found between Continental House and County Hall.

Construction on this building commenced in 2014 and was completed in 2022.

At the moment, Parliament Tower has a tunnel that connects it to the current parliament building and 4 basement parkings.
